This past March 14, our society was one of hundreds who visited "Canada Blooms". A bus loaded with 47 anxious gardeners of all ages, took a Saturday to visit the "largest show of this kind" in this country. The theme chosen by the Garden club of Toronto and Landscape Ontario "Spring Dreams" was truly reflective of what the whole show was about. I hope that by looking at these few pictures, that you can get a sense of what "Spring Dreams" was all about.

The Weddings Display consisted of 4 large tables decorated with each season in mind. I have only shown you 2 of the seasons. Over 26,000 roses were used in this display alone. Each table was covered with a carpet of roses, petals, berries, etc. It was truly a very impressive display.

Spring was certainly here at Canada Blooms. Many great ideas for ponds were also presented to the interested viewer.
