The Reception

Well if we make it this far it means there were no objections! We are so excited about the Reception. So much of our time and planning over the next year or so will have to do with these 5 hours! It is truly amazing how much planning there is for one day. The Reception site is awesome! It is right on the Ocean in Westhampton Beach. It is exactly what we wanted. Click here for some great pictures After the ceremony and the recieving line, cocktail hour will begin around 7:00. If it is nice out, hours'd vours will be passed out on the deck where the ceremony was held. If it is too cold everyone will head indoors to the bar and the cocktail lounge. The cocktail room is pretty cool. It is really casual; it has some big over stuffed chairs, a pool table and lots of character. We still have yet to decide what type of music we want, but something to get everyone in the mood to party! If you have any suggestions, please enter them below. After cocktail hour we go to dinner, by now it will be about 8:00. We will be serving an appitizer and a main course. We will have a DJ, don't know which one yet. We will dance to "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel. After dinner its time to party. The reception is over at midnight, but I imagine the party will continue....
