Chicken Spagetti |
|

1 bag of bow tie pasta 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 bag of shredded cheese (4 cheese mix) 1 large chicken breast(boiled)
2 cups of frozen vegetables
Bring water to a boil, then add pasta and continue boiling for 10 minutes. In saucepan, add cream of mushroom and chicken soup with frozen vegetables.(bring to boil and then simmer until vegetables are soft. Stirring quite often) When chicken is cooked with no signs of pink. cut into small bite size pieces.
In a 9" casserole dish put a layer of pasta then layer pieces of chicken here and there. Then half of the sauce and then some cheese. Repeat the layers until you have used the rest. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes and enjoy. |

English muffins (Bagels work great too) Tomato Sauce Shredded Cheese Toppings (olives, pepperoni, shredded carrot, green pepper, etc.) |

Toast an english muffin. Spread on tomato sauce. Add cheese. Use olives, pepperoni, shredded carrot, green pepper pieces, etc. for facial features & hair. Melt in the oven. |

Easy Cheesey Potatoes |

1 large bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed, not shredded) 1 16-oz jar of Hellman's or Best Foods Mayonnaise 1 large jar of Cheez Whiz 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake in 9X13 pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |

Potato and Cheese Pancakes |

1 egg 1 tsp milk 1 large potato, grated 1/4 C grated cheese 1 TBS flour salt & pepper to taste margarine or oil |
|
|
|
Blend together egg and milk. grate one large potatoe and a small chunk of cheese. Stir everything together in a bowl and add 1 TBS flour and salt and pepper. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased, heated fry pan. Fry until light brown on each side. |
