Years ago, when my sons were diagnosed not only did I feel segregated from the rest of the world but I found it almost impossible to find good information without shifting for hours through nonsense. I'm hoping that by sharing a little of our story I can show other parents of children with disabilities that they are not alone AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, provide USEFUL AND INFORMATIVE links. Below are links that will get you started in finding services for your child.

A special thanks to all my friends and family for thier support through the years.

It goes to show you how something as simple as lending an ear or a shoulder to lean on can really help out!

A FEW OF MY FAVORATES
Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities :Offering information from programs to assistant living programs.
Federation for Children with Special Needs:EXCELLENT SITE!! It's as simple as that! What I find great is that it provides a list AND links to agencies nationwide, just give Parent Centers on Disability a click
The Autism Society of America:ANOTHER GREAT SITE!! A GREAT PLACE TO START-if you can't find your answers there, they provide links to where they can be found.
