MOUNT OLIVE CEMETERY



Located in Sprott, Alabama. The sun was setting on top of this red clay hill while we recorded these markers. Suddenly there was a wonderful tinkling bell and a beautiful cat appeared to keep us company. This is a very special cemetery. The burial site of some of Perry County's famous potters,Robert Solomon Hamm and the Miller Family, many of the graves have clay pot markers.
