We are
very blessed to have such a wonderful kids. Each on of them has their own
personality. Daniel is very talented with his hands and is intelectual.
He knows how to write his name and loves to paint and go for walks. School
is a great experience for him. There is learning how to play with others
and be happier. Now that he has a brother and two sisters
he
understands better the meaning of words like "sharing" and "sacrifice".
Dylan is very expansive, everyone says that he's always
happy and excited. One thing is for sure he has incredible energy. He runs,
jumps, dances and loves to be with people. He's so happy to be in the pre-school and play with other kids.
Catarina, is 4 years old! She is very active, likes to play with the boys and is always prepared for a good fight. She has a great smile!
As for Claudia, she is now 2 years old, and she's so beautiful, always jumping and dancing.
Even though Deanna is at home we still feel that it's important for the boys and girls to play and be with other children.
The fact that we belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints (Mormons) gives us the comfort that we are teaching our childen the values and principles that can bring them true happiness. The following coment from Richard Evans is valuable to us:
One
reason for a child's walking in wrong ways would be in his not knowing
which way to walk. One reason for his going his own way would be if his
parents did not unitedly know which way they want him to go. Agreement
between parents on fundamentals, basic beliefs, is among the foremost essentials
for a solid family, for the solid teaching of children. And in this there
must be sincerity, because children will surely detect the signs of insincerity
in any partnership of parents. They will feel the tensions and the differences
even when they can´t say why they are so.
Division between parents is unfair and confusing and weakens the foundations of the family. Those to whom a child should most look for guidance, must be united in the guidance they give. Blessed are those whose parents have achieved a partnership, asolid working of a team of two.
