FEAST OF THE ASSUMPTION - 1999
We, the parishioners and staff of St. John Neumann Catholic church, welcome you to our celebration of the Feast of The Assumption, August 15, 1999.
To make your visit more beneficial, we hope to acquaint you with what we have scheduled this year, and familiarize you with some of the services available.
SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
EUCHARISTIC LITURGY (In the Church):
Saturday, August 14th, 5:30 PM Vigil for the Assumption
Sunday, August 15th, 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM & 5:30 PM Mass
Monday, August 16th, 8:00 AM Mass
ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT WITH EXPOSITION (CHAPEL)
St. John Nuemann now has Perpetual Adoration. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed at all times except during the celebration of the Mass.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Located in the Sanctuary of the church
Saturday, August 14th, 1999 10:00 AM - Noon
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
SACRAMENT OF ANNOINTING OF THE SICK
Sunday, August 15th, 1999 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
ROSARY, PRAYER AND PRAISE (CHURCH)
This begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday, and continues throughout the day. After the 11:30 Mass on Sunday, we will pray the rosary under the steeple on the ground level.
PRAYER FOR HEALING
Prayer for healing will be available in the school gym from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday, August 14, 1999 and Sunday from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM. Remember that the Mass is the true source of healing
Only members of the St. John Neumann Healing Ministry are authorized to pray with you. These ministers have received extensive training and have been commissioned by our pastor to serve you. All members of the healing ministry will be identified by wearing nametags and purple ribbons.
