I had been using Vonage for a few years when reliable broad band became unavailable in my area. Since I don't have broad band, Vonage is useless to me. I have been trying to cancel Vonage for a few months now, but they will not let me. I finally had to go to the bank and put a FRAUD ALERT on my account to make them stop withdrawing funds.
Be forewarned, if you use Vonage for your phone service, you will not be able to cancel and they will continue to take money out of your account.
