If you have been involved in an accident and are having trouble getting your claim resolved, check here for some helpful advice. The first place to check is our Frequently Asked Questions page to see if we have run across your situation before. This page is also helpful to show that you are certainly not alone. If your question isn't answered there, just hit the E-mail button and post your question directly to me. I'll get back to you as quickly as I can with my best shot at cutting to the chase and getting your case moving. If you have hit a wall with whomever you're dealing with, use our Links to other helpful sites, such as your State Board of Insurance.

Almost everyone wants to get your case settled and get you going again, especially if you're nice. Although things are probably pretty stressful right now, try to stay cool and put yourself in the person you're dealing with's shoes. Even if things do go astray, there are still a lot of ways to get your case resolved without ever seeing the inside of a courtroom. This is definitely the least expensive way. There are free systems in place to help you, i.e. your State Board of Insurance, your State Attorney General's Office, various Consumer Protection organizations, and many different kinds of Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.

What users are saying . . . "Thank you very much for your thorough response! It gives me a lot to go on, and I'll certainly let you know how it turns out." . . . "Wonderful information and greatly appreciated. Thank you so kindly forproviding a means of understanding the process a little better."
