About us
My name is Brian and my wife is Judy. We have 5 GREAT kids ranging from 6 to 23. Some of the kids have created their own web pages, so check them out. We have a dog and 2 cats (we MUST be CRAZY!). We enjoy camping, boating and family activities.
Why we are here
Our son, Nathan, was born with Down Syndrome. We looked on the WWW for information, which there is a lot of, but didn't see anything that helped people cope with the stress. So, here is the Lighter Side of Downs. It doesn't mean we take DS lightly, it just means we have our own lives to live.
