This isn't a message about how you need to accept Jesus or your life will be miserable. And this isn't a message about how following God will fix everything. No, I can only tell it the way I see it.
I don't know what you're going through, How could I? But I do know that no matter what problem that you have, there is a God that can help you.
You see, God so loved us that he gave us his only son so that we could have eternal life. Now, I'm not just talking about Heaven. He said that he'll give you life and life more abundantly. He'll give you life here on Earth. He'll help you through your problems. When times get tough, he'll go to bat for you.
God will help you for free, no strings attached. All you need to do is ask his son, Jesus, to be Lord of your life. If you do this, he will be there for you. Now, don't wait until you feel worthy, you never will. That's why they call it grace, he gives it to us anyway. No one's perfect and you won't be either. But God loves you anyway.
Well, yes, what I said is true, you only need to ask Jesus to be you Lord. But, you must understand what it means to have Jesus as you Lord. That means complete devotion to him. Yes, of course you aren't perfect, we all fail on our own, but we need to try to be closer to our God. We can only get closer by talking to him and reading his words, the Bible.
