There is some big stuff on this site: look at the devotional corner or look a little lower and you will find the resources necessary to immerse yourself in a complete Bible study, and of course be in a constant mindset of prayer. Come to know the Lord and you will leave happy, knowing that your sins have been forgiven and someday you will spend eternity with Him.
In John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
You know, coming to the Lord is as easy as ABC. Here is how it is done.
This is not just lip service, it is heart service, and God knows if you really mean it or not.
A. Admit you are a sinner. Ask God's forgiveness and repent of your sins.
B. Believe in Jesus and put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation.
C. Confess that Jesus is your Lord.
That is it; it is not hard at all, and the repercussions are eternal. So now is the day of salvation. Do it sooner than later, because nobody promises the next moment.
And when you do, you will need to study the Bible. Find a translation that is easy to understand, like the NKJV, or the NASV or the NIV or even the NLT. Now the NLT is a paraphrase and a good translation for just sitting down and reading. But for word study use the NKJV or the NASV study bible. Well they all say the same thing because the word of God is the word of God and it does not change. Also find a Christian church that is Bible focused and on fire for the Lord.
I must admit though since I am Catholic I am partial to the Catholic Church. So if you want to explore the fullness of the Christian faith than please by all means find a Catholic Church.
