When making out of town/state arrangements, we will need to know at least one week ahead of time so that we can plan the best time to deliver. We are a foster organization and have regular full time jobs we must keep.
#1 Reserve a spot on a major airline for your pet! A volunteer here at Kitten Caboodle will drive your pet to an airport in Houston, Texas. We will not charge you for our time! We will only ask for the gas money (.10 (ten cents)for every one mile.) to drive to and back from the airport. You will, however, be in charge of paying for the plain ticket and an airline approved pet taxi for your pet, along with the Kitten Caboodle adoption fee. Driving from Victoria, Texas it is a two hour trip to and from the airport in Houston, Texas. Total gas money charges for this delivery would be $26.00.
#2 Have a Kitten Caboodle volunteer personally deliver/meet you with your pet! This option is only good for people who live out of town. We are willing to drive 130 miles at the most to deliver/meet you with your pet at a chosen destination. Once again we will not charge you for our time, only the gas money to drive to and from the location. We charge .10 per mile. Here are a list of a few popular cities to meet and our price for gas money to and from: Wharton ($13.00), Houston ($26.00), San Antonio ($24.00), Corpus Christi ($20.00), Beeville ($12.00), Refugio ($10.00).
#3 Other ideas on picking up your pet. If you or someone else you know would like to come and pick up your pet you are more then welcome to make those arrangements! Any other ideas you may have, let us know! Thank you so much for your interest in one of our pets.
