We look at people we don't know and sometimes shake our fist.
We take for granted what we have, not caring where it came,
For people all around us now are doing just the same.
More time, more money, more things to own are all that matter now;
Not children, friends or family, we lost them all somehow.
It's time to slow down, everyone, and figure out just why,
We hardly notice anything; the world just passes bye.
