Attended by: Bill Tanner The LID issue has not been put to rest During the December 8th road bond meeting Brian Moore said the Council is only "thinking about not forming an LID" for 79th Av. Hence, a LID may still be formed. There are two motivations for doing so: the City has enough non-remonstrance agreements and their engineering department is looking for ways to reduce the $32,770,000 road bond price tag. I asked Gus Duenas if he has made any changes to project priorities or to design of the 79th Avenue project. Gus said, "We don't plan to make any changes." Hence, the hard work of our 79th Avenue Neighbors has been ignored. |
