This web site was created by and for families who have adopted or are planning to adopt children from the Xiangtan Social Welfare Institute in Xiangtan, Hunan Province, China. Our goal is to provide information about the orphanage and city of Xiangtan to prospective parents and to foster the unique bond that our children share as a result of being born in the same area.
