This page is intended to be a communication link for the Lennie family of Bangor, Northern Ireland.
For those of you who do not know the Lennies, this page is likely to bore you to death.  Don't feel obliged to hang around.  You can just back on out with no offense caused.  Of course, if you'd like to stay a while and meet the folks, that's just fine.  Come on in...............
The Bangor Lennies .......
Meet Craig and Freda Lennie.  The undisputed leaders of the Bangor Lennies.

They were married in 1964 and have had tried very hard to further the Lennie family name.  Craig is the younger of the two sons of Archibald and Margaret Lennie. (Archiebald was the last in the Lennie line until he sired his sons.)

Craig and Freda had four sons of their own in a brave effort to increase the Clan population.

(Left)  This is Big Johnny (my mum's father) and a couple of his mates sinking a pint or two of the 'black stuff'.   Johnny's the one who looks like Danny Kay (the actor).  He was always fond of the Guinness and a wee dark rum.
And so, to the offspring .......
I'll go first, not because I am the eldest, the best looking or the most popular (all good reasons) but simply because I created the page and I can do whatever I want, so there!

Hi, I'm Drew.  I moved to the U.S. in 1994 and I now live in the Miami area with my  wife, Meiling and our two kids, Nicole and Austin..

This is the second son, Stephen and his lovely wife, Karen.  They live in Bangor, and have three lovely daughters, Rebecca, Nattalie and Aimee.

Then there's  Eddy. Here he is,  all dressed up with his face and hands washed for a change.  That's his lovely wife, Karen beside him.  I know, you had a suspicion they were husband and wife.  What clued you in?

But wait, did I say his wife's name was, Karen?  Hang on, Stephen is married to Karen.  That's right, it's Stephen and Karen.  Well, just to confuse things, It's Eddie and Karen also.  Would you Adam 'n' Eve it?

Eddie and Karen  live in Newtownards, but a stone's throw away from Karen's parents.  (Eddie, what were you thinking?)

They have a wee character of a daughter, Holly, and the first male of the next generation, Aaron.

Aaron joined us in February of 1999, to the great relief of  three of the Lennie wifes (Freda wasn't one bit worried), You see,  Craig had said that if he didn't get a Grandson soon, he was going to go back into training and do the job  himself.  He didn't specify who he would do it with, but Eddie was taking no chances.

Finaly, this is Douglas, the wee one.  As usual, he's last on the list, for no other reason than the fact that he is the youngest.

Yes! Karen. That's right  K.A.R.E.N - Karen.

What of it? Can't I have three brothers married to girls named Karen?

To be honest, I went to the trouble of looking up the meanings of the names Karen & Meiling. I was convinced that they would have the same meaning, but aparently they don't.

Karen from the both the Norse & Greek  origins means "Pure", and Meiling (Mei-Ling) from the Chinese means "Beautiful-Delicate" according to www.incompetech.com.

There goes my theory.
