About the Artist:
I was born and raised in Germany and came to this country in the mid seventies.
As a child I was already drawing and I was advised to study fashion design.
However, being side tracked in my teens due to other interests, I got married instead and had children.
During the last 25 years I painted in oil and acrylic on and off, due to the limited time while working and raising the children.
In November 2000, while having a job which allowed me to fill in my downtime with doing personal things, I started with Portrait drawings of my co-workers.
After a month I bought some color pencils and ventured into drawing animals and other subjects.
I do love to draw and paint and hope some day I can become famous.
