Winter,  Weisenburger, Neiss Families of Alsace, Seneca Co., Ohio and Pulaski Co. Indiana

Be sure to check spelling variations on family members.  The Neiss family name is Nies and Nice in Indiana and Ness in Ohio.  The name started to change in the 1850's.  The Weissenburger decendants use Weisenburger.  The Winter family uses Winters.   Special thanks to Garry Colgrove and JHunt.
