fellowship and service. Christ Church seeks to be a new type of

backgrounds and traditions to belong, to grow spiritually, and to serve -
with Jesus as our model.

Prayer Week 2000
From Sunday, January 9 through Sunday, January 16,
our Christ Church Family will join with countless other churches in observing
eight special days - a Sunday-to-Sunday period with a special
emphasis on prayer. Prayer Week 2000 materials and a schedule of prayer
"events" will be distributed at service this Sunday, January

Who is the Pastor?
Our pastor, Lyle Mook, began his ministry with Christ Church in July,
1997. He is a graduate of Gordon Conwell Seminary and has served in
campus ministry and hospice, as well as in pastoral leadership.
He is committed to practical, biblical teaching and to helping us become
all God wants us to be.

Directions - How can I visit?
Visitors are always welcome at our services or functions any
time. You'll always find a warm welcome when you visit with Christ Church,
so come as you are and participate at your own pace. Our worship
services are currently held at 75 Division Street (the Masonic Hall) on the
Warwick/East Greenwich line, 2 blocks up the hill from Main Street (Post
Road).
Our church offices
are located at 1 Franklin Road in East Greenwich, just north of the Ames
Plaza at the intersection of Post Road and Frenchtown Road on the East
Greenwich/North Kingstown line.
Our new ministry center is
under construction at the intersection of Main Street (Post Road) and Cedar
Street, at 1025 Main Street in East Greenwich. Current plans are to have our
first worship service at our new church home sometime in the Spring of
2000.
