| Not all of our children came to us through regular means. Brian and Kenneth came to us through the State of Tennessee's DHS. Their father is my husband, and the state placed them in our care after documented mistreatment of them by their mother became too much for the state to ignore. Phillip came in the standard way. However, at the tender age of four weeks, his brothers came to live with us permanently! We went from one child to three quite quickly! Jonathon was born early. To say I miss him everday is just not enough; but I do not have the words to express my sorrow. Our final child, Samantha, was born on December 17, 2003. I love and adore all of my children. Their father and I parent them to the best of our ability. I love my blended, mixed up family. Although we have been through incredible trials, it has all been worth it! |  |

| What's going on: Ralph continues to go to school. I have started a couple of little part time jobs. The scrapbook store closed in October. |
