Large can evaportated milk (12 oz.)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt chocolate chips & butter.
Add sugar & evaporated milk and beat well.
Bring to boil and cook for eight (8) minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla and mix.
Enjoy warm over ice cream!
1 cups margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg jello, any flavor
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
Cream margarine & sugar.
Add eggs - one at a time.
Add Jell-o.
Sift together flour, baking powder & salt and add to first mixture.
Chill at least three (3) hours.
Roll out and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375* for eight (8) minutes.
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cooking oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 sq. unsweet. choc, melted
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup choc. chips
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, then oil; beat well.
Sift dry ingred. together and add to above.
Add melted choc., vanilla & nuts. Put in 9x9" (greased) pan and sprinkle with choc. chips.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 350*.
1 dark choc. cake mix
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can dark choc. ready-to-spread frosting
Bake cake mix as directed on box & let cool.
Cream sugar, butter & shortening together.
Add remaining ingredients & beat 10 - 15 minutes until fluffy.
Spread on cake & refrigerate until set.
Melt can of frosting in microwave for 30 - 45 seconds.
Pour onto cake & spread.
Chill until set.
