The Aquatic Jungle

In the last few years major things have happened in my life and somehow, I'm still not sure how, I have managed to aquire 34 aquariums of various sizes, for 10 gallons all the way up to 90 gallons..
I'm still keeping african cichlids primarily and you can check out the Aquarium for some of the fish that I have worked with or am currently working with.
I also have a small reef aquarium that is in the process of getting set up, slowly coming along, and hopefully I can get it going without breaking the bank too much more.
My house is packed with stuff for my pets and there are aquariums wherever they fit, and have a couple waiting to be filled.

I must admit that a major part of my life is my fish and aquariums, and I am fortunate that I can work a job that lets me enjoy my passion, though sometimes it just feeds the fire even more. Another aspect of the madness that has gone one more step into the obsession is the new found love for SCUBA diving. I've spent hours underwater and know in the years to come I will spend many many more.

I've got these two wonderful kitties as well, Buddy and Cassie ,they are awesome, but soon to be gone from here.. they are my kids, and I hate to let them go but the choice isn't just mine.. I think it will break my heart for years when I picture Buddy bouncing up to me for attention, or hear the echo that was Cassie calling for me to wake up and give her breakfast.. it will be empty with just the ghosts of memory here.. all things fade but that doesn't make acceptance any easier..
Well a month after I lost the other kitties, I decided it was time to get some kittens and brought two little cuties home with me last week, Spookie and Sprite. Loads of trouble so far, but they are great, and in many ways make the place more complete, something that had been lacking for a while. They will never replace Buddy and Cassie, but they already have a place in my life that I don't want to lose.
