FIRST GENERATION

1. JAMES RUNNELS was born about 1818 in TENN.
He married ELIZA JESSUP.

They had the following children:

 2         i. MARTHA ROSELLE RUNNELS
 3        ii. MORELLE FRANCES RUNNELS
 4       iii. JOHN CALVIN RUNNELS
 5        iv. MARGARET JANE RUNNELS
 6         v. PHEBIE ANN RUNNELS
 7        vi. MARY RUNNELS.  She was born in Limestone
Co. Texas. When the Runnels moved to Gonzales Co. TX
she wasn't living with them.  She may have married in
Limestone Co but the records start in 1883 and the marriage
would have been before that. She may have Died there too.
The case is open as to what happened to her. Mary is listed
in the family Bible with her birthdate but nothing else is
listed for her. All the other children have birth, death and
marriage dates.

SECOND GENERATION

8. WILLIAM ELIZAH RUNNELS was born in Jul 1867 in
GONZALES CO TX.  Died on 5 Jan 1950 in BEXAR CO
TX.  Buried in OAK VIEW CEM. MULLIN MILLS CO TX.
He married NORA ELIZABETH RUTLEDGE.  NORA
ELIZABETH RUTLEDGE was born on 27 Sep 1871. 
Buried in OAK VIEW CEM MULLIN MILLS CO TX.

They had the following children:

She married KYLE LAWSON on 14 May 1922 in MILLS
CO TX.

12. ETTA  ELIZABETH RUNNELS was born on 14 Mar

She married MACK DAVIS.

They had the following children:

She also married AMOS WHITE.

They had the following children:

13. ESSIE RUNNELS was born on 1 Jan 1904.
She married HARDY STUART on 28 Apr 1928.  HARDY
STUART was born on 18 May 1906.Hardy Obit

14. WILLIE ALTON RUNNELS was born on 29 Jul 1907 in
LAVACA CO TX. Obit
He married MAIZE CHRISTINE PYBURN on 15 Jul 1928
in MILLS CO TX.  MAIZE CHRISTINE PYBURN was
born on 2 Mar 1911 in MILLS CO TX.

Goldthwaite Mills Co TX.  Buried in Duren Mills Co TX.

He married GLADYS ANN MIGRICH.  He was married to
Dessie then Gladys,the third wife's name is unknown then
he remarried Gladys.
