My children belonged to the Panhandle Aces 4H Club
in Raymond, Illinois for a few years.
They did rather well!!

This is Olin Dale Clayton with his 4H Jacket that he is SO proud of having!
He was in the 4H group called the Star Shooters in Nokomis, Illinois
My daughter Belinda Suzanne Clayton with her 4H
projects in July of 1997 Belinda entered 8 projects in her last General Show held in Butler, Il and received a Blue Ribbon and State Fair Ribbon with every entry. She also received three Outstanding Project Trophies in Childcare, Computers and Citizenship. This was the second time Belinda received an Outstanding Citizenship Trophy, based on her family genealogy. She won those Citizenship Awards in 1996 and 1997.
My son Andrew Olin Dale Clayton pictured with his
4H Projects on July 24th of 1999. Andrew took three Blue Ribbons and three State Fair Ribbons in Electricity, Firearms and Citizenship. His family genealogy also won him an Outstanding Citizenship Project Trophy this July and he will be showing his project at the Illinois State Fair on August 18, 1999
The photo below was taken the day of the 1999 4H General Show. Andrew Clayton received an Award of Excellence and Superior Award at the Illinois State Fair on August 18, 1999. Andrew also ran in the Montgomery County, Fall Demolition Derby held on September 11, 1999. He drove a black, 1976 Cougar and had a fun evening, despite his car catching fire in the first heat! His pit crew made repairs and ran in the Consolation Heat later in the evening!
