Are you related? Our family members include:(beheaded 1535) Sir Thomas More (Lord Chancellor of England under Henry VIII) and Jane Colte, their children are Margaret, Elizabeth, Cecelia and John, Cecelia married Giles Heron-who was also beheaded in 1540, from there I have about a 300 yr. gap to their decendent Agnes Heron (ref. below). (1800) Charles Ervin and Sarah Bennet who lived in Leesburg, Indiana, their children William, James (who married Lucinda Cummings), Polly (Runyan), Susan (Bennett), Rebecca (Moon), Nancy (Flowers), Aggie (Rousseau), Quiteria (Yohn). Our link is William Ervin, who's son was C.L. Ervin who made his living in El Paso, Texas owning a furniture store and later moved to Los Angeles, Ca. along with his wife "Mrs. C.L. Ervin" and their children, Josephine(Wilmott), Dell(Bowen), Irene(Bailey), William, Charles L.(Lemon) Ervin and Walter Ervin. Walter married Elaine Turner Lara, who's sons were Walter F. Ervin and Harry A. Ervin. Irma Cecelia(Ervin)Morton married William Oscar Morton (born 1875), and their children were Ruth (Gleisberg), Doris M.(King) and Irma R.(Pierce)(11/17/02 - 5/85). Irma R. Morton married Clair Aitken Pierce (1/17/1895 - 4/9/1994), and his parents were Louis V. Pierce and Agnes(Heron)Pierce. Agnes is our link to Sir Thomas Mores' daughter Cecelia (More) Heron and we believe as born in Kingston, Jamaica. Her parents moved to Jamaica from Guildford, England. Clair had a sister named Mabel Pierce (1893-1911)who died of T.B. Clair and Irmas'children were Richard Morton Pierce (9/17/37) who married Harriet Mabel Hayden (10/31/40)and their children were Natalie Lynn Pierce and Douglas Hayden Pierce. Natalie married Robert Wayne Heck, Jr. and had 1 daughter (11/24/80) Serena Lynn Heck. Her second marriage was to Richard Jackie Dean Goens, Jr. and they had 1 son (4/10/86) Justin Douglas Goens. Clair and Irmas' daughter Marilynn June(Pate)married Edwin Pate and had 3 children David, Glenn and Claire. Claire's children are Zachary Wayne Lammon, deceased at 5 yrs of age and Anna Shumate.
