Hello. My name is Jim Boere. It is great that I could get a web page at Heartland/Farm because I used to live on a farm in south-western Ontario, Canada. My parents are Dutch immigrants. They were born in the central part of the Netherlands near the town of Oudewater. My paternal Grandparents immigrated to Canada from the Netherlands in 1952. A few years ago I read an article written by Anthony Hofstee titled Genealogy: Exploring your Dutch Roots. I have been researching my ancestry ever since. This web site will display some of my genealogy research. I have created Ahnentafel Reports for each of my grandparents. They are:
