Description of Responsibilities: The Grants Administrator is a member of the Development
& Community Relations Team and is responsible for all aspects of grant
funding for Ray Graham Association, including research, application,
cultivation, reporting, correspondence and acknowledgments. The Grants
Administrator will identify and pursue opportunities for support, including
government agencies, foundations, corporations, clubs, and organizations.
The position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with
current and potential grant funders. The Grants Administrator will
demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of data management and will be
active in efforts to expand philanthropic support.

Description of
Responsibilities: The SLC Coordinator position provides supervision for the
facility during hours of assigned shift.
Oversees direct care staff coverage in order to ensure a safe and
healthy living and working environment for individuals served and employees.
The Coordinator is required to accurately and comprehensively complete
investigations according to the standards and policies and procedures of RGA.
The Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the SLC homes
ensuring regulatory standards, agency policies and procedures are met, and the
department guidelines are followed and that the program promotes the health and
well being of the individuals served.
The Coordinator is expected to uphold the Mission & Values of the
Association.
Wages/Salary: Commensurate with education and experience

Description of Responsibilities: The SLC Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP) primarily provides personal care assistance to adults with developmental disabilities within the SLC Program (staff assignments are based on employee skills, individual and program needs.) The LDSP also provides assistance to individuals in order to enhance their level of independence, community contacts, natural supports and personal outcomes. The LDSP on each shift makes staff assignments and is expected to uphold the Mission & Values of the Association.
Wages/Salary: $10.50/hr + base add-ons depending upon

Description of Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the Support
Coordinator is to serve as the Qualified Human Services Professional (QHSP) and
provide case management to people receiving services. The Support Coordinator is responsible for
developing and overseeing the implementation of the Individual Support Plan for
approximately 16 individuals served. This position works collaboratively across
agency programs and with external service providers to promote the deliver of
quality services to people served. The
Support Coordinator develops and implements person-centered plans that
facilitate the achievement of personal outcome measures. This position is directly responsible for the
oversight of services and supports across all program locations. The Support
Coordinator is expected to uphold the Mission & Values of the Association.

Position Title: Life Skills Instructor (2)
Qualifications Required: Must have bachelor’s degree (social service field preferred). Must have at least one year of job related experience. Must successfully complete all training as required by Program within timeframe established by Association. Must assist with lifting and transferring adults with disabilities (75 lbs.). Must have Clear State Police History and a valid Illinois Drivers License. Excellent written and oral skills are essential.
Description of Responsibilities: The Life Skills Instructor position develops meaningful and skill based curriculum for people with disabilities. The Life Skills Instructor facilitates a variety of group activities daily that promote personal growth of people served in the program. Using the community, through community connecting, vocational experiences, and support for paid work is key function of this position. The Life Skills Instructor seeks and implements creative day program options for people in the Community Learning Center that promotes Personal Outcomes for individuals served, the mission of the agency and ensures that quality standards are met. The Life Skills Instructor provides direct supervision to at least one direct support professional at the CLC's.

Position Title: PT Recreation Instructor
Qualifications Required: Prefer at least 1 year of experience working with
persons with disabilities in a community agency, school, employment setting,
recreation setting, etc. Interest in and ability to complete
some form of arts, sports of recreation.
Description of Responsibilities: Recreation Instructors provide direct service and
supports to children and adults with and without disabilities. Each Instructor
works in small teams of 2-3 Instructors across four programs: Gateway,
Horsemanship, New Horizons and Cultural Arts. Within each program, there may be
as many as 30 individual classes, workshops, sports, field trips or events.
Instructors report to the Program Coordinators for each program. Instructors
work irregular hours, including split shifts, mornings, afternoons, evenings
and Saturdays. Instructors maintain safe, stimulating environment for program
participants. The Recreation Instructor is expected to uphold the Mission &
Values of the Association.
Wages/Salary: $9.11/hr
