Outlook Express Stationery Help
Click image on stationery pages to download, then choose save to disk. Please Note: all stationery that is downloadable uses zip files, so you will need an unzipper, like Zip Central I have found this to be the best way to work with zip files; Download to a download folder, or folder that you can remember, first. After the download, click open in the box. This should open the Zip Opener(in my case it was Zip Central) Next, click Extract and follow the instructions below, to download to the stationery file: Double click on C Drive, then Program Files, Common Files, Microsoft Shared Files and finally the Stationery folder, click okay and the new stationery will be placed in the folder.
The stationery is very easy to use with Outlook Express 5.0. But, some of you may not be familiar with using this type of stationery so this is a quick lesson with easy to follow instructions.
When you compose a message using one of our stationery designs, you won't see it scrolling until it's sent(not all are scrolling). The simple solution to this is to set up your Outlook Express to show the "EDIT" "SOURCE" "PREVIEW" buttons on your compose window Click on "View" and select "Source Edit", then when you compose a message you'll see 3 tabs at the bottom of your compose window. Now when you write an email using one of the stationeries, you can click the "Preview" tab at any time and see what the message will look like when it's sent. How To Use the Stationery
Three basic steps: click 'Message' 'New Message Using' 'Select Stationery'(Note when you highlight one of the stationery files you can see a little thumbnail preview of it in the preview pane at the right.) If you use it any other way than this, it will not scroll. With these few simple tips you can begin using our stationery right away. Remember though, make sure the person you are sending it to is using Outlook Express or Outlook 98. AOL and Web Tv users cannot see mail sent this way, unless you send it to them as an attachment (and they have Internet Explorer 4x or higher installed ). Netscape mail and Eudora Light cannot render this stationery properly. Luckily many millions of people use Outlook or Outlook Express and more people use them every day, so the chances are very good that most of your friends can receive and send this stationery.
