2 i. Freelove² Canfield was born in New Milford, CT 1758. Freelove died 7/31/1849 in Elyria, OH. She married Josiah Bearse in New Milford, CT, 3/27/1781. Josiah was born in New Fairfield, CT 8/17/1755. He was the son of Josiah Bearse and Rebecca Baldwin. Josiah died 8/30/1845 in Penfield, NY, at 90 years of age.
