He married Jane Young. She was the daughter of John Young and Jane Cottington.

William Hill and Jane Young had the following child:

2 i. Rosanna² Hill was born in England 1592. Rosanna died about 1670. She married Stuckely Westcott. Stuckely was born in Somerset, England 1592. He was the son of Guy Westcott and Mary Stukely. He married Julia Marchant in Yeovil, England, 10/5/1619. Stuckely died 1/12/1677/8 in Portsmouth, RI. (See Stuckely Westcott for the continuation of this line.)
