I have never tried this I got it from a friend. Don't hold me responsible if it makes your ferret sick. I don't think it will!

for ferrets That are ill, Underweight or who are recovering from surgery

RECIPE FOR DUCK SOUP

1 8 oz. can of Vanilla Sustacal or Ensure

8 oz. Warm water...

2 Tbspns. KMR kitten weaning formula (powder)

2 C Iams cat or kitten food (dry)...

3 inch squirt of Nutri-cal, 2 Tbspns. Ferretone,

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This keeps 48 hours in the refrigerator. I suggest you pour the mixture into a freezer bag and freeze flat on a cookie sheet. This way you can break off pieces and microwave only as much as you need at a time. Feed this 2 to 3 times a day for approximately 10 days.
