FABULOUS FETTUCHINE

Ingredients:
500grams fettucine
4 rashers bacon
220gram can mushrooms in butter sauce
130gram can creamed corn
2 medium zucchini
1/2 cup* cream
4 spring onions, chopped
1/3 cup* grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to packet directions, while cooking, make sauce. Chop bacon, throw away rinds. Fry gently. Stir in mushrooms and corn. Slice zucchini into rounds. Add to pan with cream. Simmer for five minutes. Add spring onions and parmesan cheese. Stir. Add drained pasta to pan and mix well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.

*Australian standard cup sizes as follows: 1 cup= 250mls. 1/2 cup= 125mls. 1/3 cup=80mls. 1/4 60mls.
