Meet My Furchildren

Miss Cinnamon

This is Miss Cinnamon, the lady of the house, and she is
of undetermined age. She came to me from off the streets
and thought my home was a comfortable and inviting place
to settle in. This "settling in" was about six years ago so I
think she likes it here and plans to stay. Miss Cinnamon is
affectionately called Missy, Miss C, and Rotunda Kitty,
the last because we are working on a small weight
problem. I can’t believe someone would have a lovely cat
declawed and then just dump her to fend for herself.

Did someone say TREAT?

Mr. Baldwin

This handsome man is Mr. Baldwin. At age 6 he is the senior
male member of the house. Mr. Baldwin was born in a barn outside
of town and came here when his owners had to move. I just picked
him up and said that he was coming home with me. He has always
been an affectionate guy and loves tummy rubs and ear scratches.
He is his dads Boo Kitty and also answers to Mr. B, BeeOne,
and Little Man.

Mr. Gus

Look at that face! He is just full of “it.” Mr. Asparagus (Gus)
is the newest addition to the house. Gus came to us one
Friday evening in October of 1997, he walked right through the
cat door and went to Mr. Baldwin’s dish and had some dinner.
Gus is about 10 months old here and is still eating and growing
and is all kitten. He loves to steal loaves of bread off of the
counter and carry them into the bedroom closet where he will
rip them open and play with the slices of bread. Baldwin and
Gus love to wrestle and chase each other through the house.
