Shadow; Loved pats and cuddles, but not to be picked up. Sitting in the window and watching the birds. Hiding outside from the neighbourhood cats. I will miss our long talks and walks around the yard. I miss her purrs and the way she would be brave and come for a sit on my lap, just once in a while. Other than that we couldn't pick her up or force her to be or do anything she didn't want to. My shy but beautiful cat with attitude. My how you bloomed in our care. From middle age to old age. You slowly came out of your shell and into our hearts. We love you and miss you. May you rest in peace.
