Once that is installed, you click on the file that you desire and it will start downloading. WinZip will open automatically when the file is done.
You will then see the names of the cursors there. Tell WinZip to EXTRACT. It will ask you "extract to where?" and you browse for or type in "c:\windows\cursors".
Then extract (unzip) them into that folder.
Close WinZip.
Go to "start" "settings" "control panel" "mouse" "pointers" and select the hourglass. Then hit "browse". You should automatically find yourself in the cursors folder. You should then be able to find the new ones. Choose one, and there you will be able to see it in motion.
Choose one, hit okay and apply and all that, and do the same for each hourglass or arrow you want to replace.
That's all there is to it.
