Moonlight, Waltz, and Consequences
There is a waltz in my dreams
Playing the magic of a time unseen
Too bad the song will end
When the twilight is finally broken.

He invaded my dream; took me by the hand
He dance with me, a tired, slow dance
Then the song ended, yet the moment lingered
It felt like an eternity, when a light flashed!

My waltz was over, yet the music roared
I didn't realize I'd be affected so
The waltz in the moonlight consumed me
And then I was lost, lost in a different world.

Emotions are overpowering.
Before I realized it, I knew it:
My mistake was completed.
It was too late, he had my heart.

Moonlight struck again, so different
The song was gone, my confession made
I hurt the one I loved more than my dream
He too had made his own waltz.

O the consequence of our waltzes
The separation of so many partners
Our own dance was cut, severed
The ties broken for other dancers

O, come to me partner, dance with me again
Make our own dream, our own waltz new
The bitterness of our past never will fade
Dance with me. Dance until we forget.
