WHAT'S NEW WITH US TWO...

Mike graduated May 21, 2001 from Wake Forest University medical school. He had a fantastic four years there and was chosen as one of four students for AOA, a medical honor society. He's decided to go into the field of Pediatrics and was accepted to the residency program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia which is part of UPenn!!

To celebrate Mike's graduation we went on a canal boat trip in the South of France and got to see many fantastic places including Carcasonne a fortressed city!

Then we moved to Phili in June and I started a new job in July at
Children's Crisis Treatment Center
where I'm working with three to five year olds who have experienced trauma like abuse or neglect.

On April 17, 2001 we became a proud aunt and uncle to twins
Chloe Marie Almond (left) &
Christian Martin Almond!
Congrats to new mommy Cathy (my twin sis) and daddy Brad!
