GUIDE DOGS
This is Mandy, our second Guide Dog puppy.
She was with us for puppy walking until May '98;
when she started her formal training as a Guide Dog.
She completed her advanced training in June '99 and is now with her blind owner.

Our third puppy, Kerby, unfortunately failed his training course.
He has been adopted as a pet by the family with whom he was boarding during the training course.

Our first puppy was Kai. He went to his blind owner in April '97.
Unfortunately his owner became too ill to look after Kai and the GDBA decided that Kai should retire.
We looked after Kai for 3 weeks in July '99 until his new owners came back from holiday. He is now with them and apparently enjoying life as a family pet.
