Katie She is our oldest daughter.  She is an amazing six year old. Katie was born in 1991 with an unknown syndrome. She is our special needs child, that accomplishes many difficult goals in her life! Katie attends a public school, where she is catorgized as a kindergartner. She is a very social little girl that steals the hearts of everyone that knows her! She does not talk in words, but uses some sign language. She does not walk, but scoots/crawls and uses a wheelchair.
