For friends and family who have not seen us in years,
some photos of the family.

We are all doing well, and the kids are enjoying school.
Samantha is now in the 5th grade and Anthony is in 4th.
Samantha ischeerleading this fall (with me as the coach!) and
Anthony was doing the football thing!
Their pictures are in the photo album! They turned out great!


I started the Atkins diet last spring
and have had wonderful results!

I am finally planning on going back
to college to finish my degree...(or is that start?)
