S.C. ISLAND SILVERADO aka Max - RARE GRAY MORGAN STALLION. Max is number 18 of now around 30 known gray registered Morgans in the country. His Sire is CW'S STERLING SILVER and his dam is GREMARBIN ARABESQUE. Max was born blood bay, but now at coming 4 years, is silvery all over, resembling a blue roan, with a silver tail and black points. His half brother, Winter Moon Enlightenment, has gone on to show successfully at the Grand Nationals. Max has many crosses to Jubilee King, 4 crosses to Linsley, and several to Flyhawk. Max has great temperment, bone, and size, and the Morgan type that can be seen by all.
Max will be available via frozen semen for the 2005 breeding season. Stud Fee is $950.00, LFG. Max has settled every mare brought to him, and has 7 foals on the ground and one due any day. Every foal has gotten his great legs, feet, and good bone and disposition. The tally for sex is currently 4 colts and 3 fillies, color tally is 1 chestnut sabino (Max carries the sabino gene), 1 black, 1 bay, and 4 gray.

Here is Max last fall, as a coming 4 year old. He is still growing, and currently is pushing an honest 15'2 hands. He will begin his training this spring. He also will have the benefit of a professional photo session this spring, so watch for new pictures to be added later.
