Mythic Morgans

CeAnn Shipley & Del Lamiman
Boyds, Maryland

We have a small breeding farm where we breed wonderful Morgan horses for sport, pleasure and show. All of our horses are handled daily and they each get what ever individual attention they need.

NEW With no foals, horses sold, and Del and I swapping riding horses, no one really has been ready to compete, so it's been a quiet year for us.

Next year is looking to be another story! April Meridian (Mera) has been confirmed in foal to Aladdin. This is a long awaited cross, so our fingers are crossed that all goes well with her pregnancy.

In addition to Mera, Mythic Larenta is confirmed in foal to SFG Infinity and Beyond (Buzz). We've been waiting for this girl to grow up and join her dam in the broodmare band. She's going to do that with a colorful splash too. With Buzz being a cremello and Larenta a chestnut, this foal is guaranteed to be palomino, and should be a darned nice one at that!

NEW In 2008, Mythic bred Morgans are out there doing what they were bred to do!
We're happy that our youngsters have found loving homes and proud of their ability to meet their owners's needs from show ring to trail.

Mythic Isara continues garnering 1st places in dressage and placed 3rd at the Beginner Novice level at a recent horse trial.
Mythic Feronia wins at Novice level at a recent horse trial as well as sweeping the hunter classes at another recent show.
Mythic Juma continues working his way up the levels, recently competing in 1st level at Dressage at Lexinton.
Mythic Indar has garned numerous wins, championships and high point awards in working hunter.
Mythic Freyja, after several years of dressage work, is now out on the trails helping her owner forget about an insanely hectic work schedule.
Mythic Ki-Lin has become her owner's well loved companion while they work their way to an eventing career.

If you have news, photos, an event or a story about your Mythic Morgan you'd like to share, send it to CeAnn to include on the what are they doing now.

Looking for a Morgan? One of these fine Morgans could be your next best friend!

Are you looking for the right stallion for your mare? Consider one of our boys. Both Aladdin and his son, Hyperion, will be standing to outside mares, both Morgan and non-Morgan, via live cover and shipped semen.
