I discovered that when using bordered backgrounds, the size of different monitors affected the way my pages looked. I stressed out about it until I found a web page that seems to offer the best solution to that little problem. Here is the link that tells, step by step, how to use bordered backgrounds. Also, since most of my borders have transparent backgrounds, here is a link to a very good color chart. Use the chart to decide which color you would like your background to be. Coops Color Chart
