You have a wonderful site ! I am so appalled by the cruelty some innocent animals are suffering. Our dog got hurt yesterday afternoon. My little girl accidently closed a door on his tail and severed 3 inches of tail. We had to call our Vet at home on a Sunday and have him meet us for an emergency call. Emergency calls are very costly, but we didn't c re. Cocoa is a family member after all. Our Vet did a wonderful job repairing his tail and when healed it will be barely noticable. For the next week we all (six of us) have to take turn watching him constantly to prevent him from pulling off the bandages and ruining the stitches. None of us minds this. We love him so much and he loves us a great deal. When he first got hurt, my little daughter was sobbing hrsterically and Cocoa was more worried about her than about himself, licking her face and trying to make her feel better. Animals are so trusting and loving to thier keepers, I just can NOT understand why anyone would ever WANT to cause them harm. Thank God for caring people like you, who spread the word on behalf of animals who can't speak for themselves ! God Bless !
