Here are some buttons to share with you..these are from friends..fellow collectors of BUTTONS
Most of the buttons you see here are from the mid 1800's thru the early 1950's..a few newer ones may have slipped in..hope you enjoy
the tiny bits of history..into a past long ago..I enjoy thinking of
whom the person was,,what garment these little buttons shared,,and all
the secrets they could tell..

Some of the buttons above are from artists that make "studio buttons"
that is to say these buttons are made for collectors..and not sold to
the trade..as in department stores, etc..Most of these will be one of
a kind works of art. My thanks and gratitude to Lynn Williams,Christine Reisch,Vickie Mayhall for being button artists..

Included are metal brass, carved pearl, moonglows,a beautiful porcelain button from a dear friend, and if you look hard you will see
a little ole bone button,,most likely it adorned some childs undergarment..
enjoy and do come again..I hope to share many more of my
