Here's what you've been waiting
for......
Below are pix of my pets and their short description:
1. Green Iguana - This is Iggy, my green iguana. Although its called green iguana, it loses its green color when it reaches adulthood. He's now six inches long SVL (snout-vent length). I acquired him last July 1997 and he's about 2 years old.

2. Indian Python - That's Shawie (the sawa), my indian python. I feed her white mice three to four times a week. I got her last May 1997 and she's about 2 yrs old.

3. Indian Ring neck Parrot
- my latest acquisition. I got him last Sept. 20, 1997 and I still
don't have a name for him. (maybe u can suggest one). he's about 1 and a half yrs old.

4. Three red ear turtles - I call them small, medium and large because
of their sizes. Two were given by my sister's friend Georgie (thanks) and
the other one, I bought last March 1995. Their approximate
age is about 3 yrs old.

5. Two soft-shelled turtles - These are the same turtles you find in chinese restaurants that are placed in turtle soups. They can reach up to a feet in diameter. I got them last April 1997.

6. Monitor lizard - I call her Yawie (for bayawak). She was able to escape from her cage sometime in 1997, good thing she showed up in one of our rooms. I bought her last May 1995. She's now about 4 yrs. old.

7. A pair of love birds (parakeets) - my sister calls the green one Larry
(for ex-Boston, Celtics star Larry Bird) and I call the blue one Keety
(for parakeet). I got them last Aug. 1995 and they're about 3 1/2
yrs old. Too bad they still have to produce their offspring.

8. Sailfin Iguana (deceased) - I named him Igor. I got him last 1996 but unfortunatly, he also died the same year when I left for singapore
for 7 weeks.
