      These recipes are from various sources, some are tried and true
      favorites passed down from my Grandma Georgia and other from my
      Mom, Bessie Lee. Both of these women were good Southern cooks.
      Others are some that I have collected from restaurants, cookbooks,
      websites, and magazines over my 30 years of married life.
      We will add to our collection as time allows.
