Looking very elegant, Cissy finds herself in this close-fitting, sleeveless, floor-length dress made of black stretch velvet. The bodice area is made of a sheer black glittery stretch fabric while black velvet piping lines the armholes, and a black velveteen ribbon adorned with rhinestone button encircles the neck.
