MISS UNIVERSE 2005 ~ BANGKOK, THAILAND

Miss Universe 2005 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand in June of 2005. Advertising agency Matching Studio PCL has been given rights for the pageant and will also organize the local final. Over 90 countries are expected to participate this year, as national directors continue to flock towards the ultimate and true glamour and prestige of Miss Universe over other pageants. The Tourism Ministry of Thailand has allocated a sum to help with the costs of holding the event, while private companies are still being sought for other sponsorships. Delegates are expected in Thailand by the end of the first week of May.
